In addition, he raised the voice, “The government tries to enforce the guidelines on general layoff and disadvantageous change in employment regulations without sufficient consultation between the labor and management, and forcefully implement a performance-based salary system for the public and finance sectors neglecting the autonomy of the labor and management. This one-person protest is to express strong protest to the government’ manoeuvre.”
